At Water Bear Photography we start every experience with a short conversation. Our mission is to learn about your goals for your experience and provide some basic information about the process, pricing, and discuss locations and experience specific details.
Our in-person consultations are designed to provide you with specific details about your experience, review photography packages and product pricing, review and sign your photography experience contract, and try on dresses and gowns from our extensive wardrobe.
A photography experience is about more than showing up and taking photos. It involves planning, locations scouting, custom designing backdrops, in-water practice sessions for our underwater experiences, and other interactions that help us custom design and plan your experience.
The big day has finally arrived! All the preparations and planning are completed and your custom session is here. Whether your experience is in-studio or on-location, Water Bear Photography will be there to capture all the moments from the day.
At Water Bear Photography we spend a significant amount of time behind-the-scenes creating your stunning artwork. After your shoot, we take all the images and apply basic edits to lighten, brighten, and fix color issues. Depending on the experience you chose, we prepare dozens to hundreds of images for your reveal appointment.
The day you've been waiting for is finally here! It is time to see the beautiful images we created together. We will invite you back to the studio to view all the images on our large screen projector and help you select the images and products that show them off best.
Getting your images to the final product involves transforming them into pieces of art. The fine art editing process is where we shine as digital artists, taking your images and spending hours crafting them into artwork and designing the layout for your album.
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your artwork. Once the fine art edits are completed and the album layout is designed we will send you mock-ups to review and approve. Any issues or tweaks needed to the images will be made and the products will be ordered once you give your stamp of approval.
While we works with some of the best photographic printers in the country, printing errors do occasionally happen. That is why we hand inspect every piece of artwork and album before packaging them in our Water Bear Photography gift wrapping and boxes. Any issues found with your artwork will be immediately send to the printer for re-printing before they leave our studio.
Delivery day is the most exciting for us at Water Bear Photography. Today is the day you get to see yourself as art! We will hand deliver your artwork to you, or you can pick it up in our studio if you prefer. We can help you choose the perfect locations in your home to display your artwork and we can even help you hang it. Once displayed, you will be able to enjoy your art everyday.
